Order Processing 

Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once dispatched.

Standard delivery within the UK 

Most orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Delivery time ranges from 1-3 business days on top of the dispatch date. 

A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

BOXTER offers free shipping to anywhere in United Kingdom for orders over £50 in total value. All orders under £50 in total value will incur a flat rate shipping charge of £5.95 to anywhere in United Kingdom.
Shipping costs will be added to your order just prior to the point of payment in the shopping process. 

For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery. Missed deliveries will require a collection by you from the delivery company’s depot or paying a re-delivery fee directly to the delivering company. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.
